Tasmanian Quilters Guild

Last week I flew into Launceston and spent 3 days with members of the Tasmanian Quilters Guild at The Tamour Valleys Resort for a 3 day Free Motion Master Class.
I had 17 enthusiastic quilters a fantastic venue for classes, we stayed at the resort, there was an abundance of space , light, food and great company.

Beautiful take on the baptist fan pattern...
Robyn Miller from sew Knit Launceston a beautiful quilters if she only could get more time to sit at the machine......
A class room of Bernina's just about ...

Thank you Marlene who is the workshop organiser and runner around person for me , all the class room angels thank you for your time  , thank you Barbara Mellor for asking me to the guild workshop and to all my new quilting Friends, I enjoyed your company immensely...
I m returning to Launceston in December 3-5 at Sew Knit for a 3 day  applique and trapunto project.

Thank you Deb for an inspiring 3 days of classes. You worked us hard and I learned heaps - even feathers!!

I've just finished a top which is screaming for Trapunto and after your class I feel confident enough to give it a go. Can't wait to get started.

Cheers
Lesley
